Job Track
Customers calling you 8 months after you completed a job with an issue? Forget what the job entailed? We have the answer! Welcome to Job Track. A secure, online tool that allows you to keep track of all your installations. All your jobs located in one easy place so you can access them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Here's how it works:
- Log on to your account.
- Click on the Job Track icon.
- Select "Add a Job".
- Fill in a Job Name, Reference Number and a brief Overview of the Job. All these fields are searchable when you need to access them at a later date.
- Select the total number of doors on the installation.
- Describe each in detail using the correct box for each door (EX: Door 1, Door 2, etc...)
- Upload pictures, if you want, to each description.
- Save your Job! It's that simple!
